Associated Healthcare of Ohio
Associated Healthcare of Ohio provides a wide array of services, such as Supported Living and Employment Services, to help people achieve independence and a greater quality of life.
We provide Supported Living Services through the Level 1 and IO Medicaid Waiver Programs, and county Supported Living Programs. We serve the following counties: Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Clinton and Warren.
For Employment Services, we provide services through the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission. We serve Preble, Montgomery, Greene, Butler, Warren, Clinton, Hamilton, Clermont and Brown counties (Southwest Ohio). Check out our website Here

CollegeSource, Inc. is a small but dynamic company with a mission to serve institutions of higher education and the students who use education to become more employable, engaged citizens. Pain Solutions Network is a multidisciplinary chronic pain management program. This program has a behavioral and physical therapy emphasis. Clients learn new ways to manage their chronic pain while de-emphasizing use of unneeded clinical/ medical office units and perscription pain relievers.
